HAV Operator Tracking

This system tracks operator usage of vibrating equipment through NFC scans. Operators do not log in here. They simply scan the tag attached to the equipment to start and stop a session.

How it works

1. Scan the equipment tag

Use your phone to scan the NFC tag attached to the item before you begin using it.

2. Begin work

The system records the start of the session against the equipment and the registered operator device.

3. Scan again when finished

Scan the same tag again to stop the session and record the total usage time.

4. Usage is checked automatically

Sessions that approach or exceed the recommended usage time are flagged for admin review.

If your device has not yet been registered, you will be prompted after scanning an equipment tag.

Administration

Admin users can manage operators, equipment, NFC assignments, usage history and reports.
